Circuit class involving weights, aerobic exercise, core strengthening, and flexibility for women of all fitness levels

Use controlled movements to tone and strengthen your body, as well as to increase endurance and coordination.

Beginning Yoga

Beginning Yoga is far less strenuous than other forms. It is less intense, so it can be very useful for people who are not capable of fulfilling the demands of other practices or even those who are simply looking for a more relaxed workout.

 

Hatha Yoga

Combines postures with conscious breathing and focus to develop strength, flexibility and mental clarity. Members can expect to develop body awareness and explore varied postures in a mixed-level environment.

Gentle Yoga

This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles.

Aqua Fit 

Workouts in and out of water combine water resistance training, lap swimming, push-ups, sit-ups, and many more fitness activities for a complete workout

Aqua Fit with Curly      8:15-9:15

Women’s Weights with Holly     10:00-11:00

Wednesday:

Hatha Yoga w/ Susan   9:45-11:00

Gentle Yoga with Shannon                     11:30-12:30

Thursday:

Pilates with Richard     8:45-9:45 – fee class

Friday:         

Hatha Yoga with Susan                          9:45-11:00

Saturday:     

Pilates with Richard                                9:45-10:45

Sunday:     

Hatha Yoga with Susan                          9:45-11:00 fee class
