Fitness Classes

Hour of Power:  Strength and conditioning training with weighted bar and medicine ball.

Zumba: Latin inspired dance exercise class.  Fun and exciting for all fitness levels.  No experience required.

Pilates: Use controlled movements to tone and strengthen your body, as well as to increase endurance and coordination.

Yoga: Different styles and teachers.

Kettlebells: This old school piece of equipment (think bowling ball with a handle) increases muscular endurance and builds strength.  Cardio and strength training all in one little ball.
