Aimee specializes in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and therapeutic deep tissue massage, incorporating Myofascial Release (MFR), Sports, and Thai-yoga massage techniques to provide a dynamic and personalized massage experience to meet your unique needs. Upon graduating from the Ashland Institute of Massage, Aimee spent several years gaining clinical manual therapy training within chiropractic settings in southern Oregon. This experience has enabled her to effectively support clients’ journey from pain, injury, and restricted mobility to increased mobility and decreased pain through informed touch. When she’s not at the massage studio, Aimee loves spending time with her husband, kids, and dogs, cooking and baking her way through the seasons, reading, and globetrotting!

Moira offers a balanced therapeutic session that includes Myofascial release, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage.

A graduate of the Ashland Institute of Massage, Moira studied the following year focusing on Active Isolated Stretching and Ortho bionomy. Her knowledge and experience in manual therapy continued when she began her main practice in Medford at the Acupuncture and Natural Health Center in 2018.

Over the years Moira has continued to successfully treat various soft tissue pathologies, that result in ease of symptoms and promotes relaxation and balanced health.
